Darn. . . .now I'm anxiously waiting for subs. Last week I was able to watch everything by Sunday. Now that I'm caught up, I can't wait anymore! Haha.
Idk why the subs are not up yet but it's ok. I'm anxious like you bc I finally caught up on everything and I could watch raw but I don't want to watch this one raw. I was skimming for the past few weeks bc of vacation but now that I finally sat down to watch ep.10-15 omg!! So much to complain and be hyped about. I'm also so excited to see Philai's fate. Tired of her irrational thoughts and actions.

Ex) I DO NOT want Wanna and Palad to end up together. I still ship Asee and Wanna lol plus Palad's way of dealing with Junta was a big no-no to me. Did Wanna not see through that? Idk. I hope they are able to convince me to be ok with Wanna hooking up with him. Urghh.

EDIT: I just checked and the subbers are getting the subs approved as of now. Subs should be up soon.

Anyone know why 16 and 17 haven't been subbed? Are our subbers busy? I'm not being impatient. . . .I just wanna know so I won't check every couple hours. Hehehe.

It's up. Yes, we were busy. James and Pope had a Nescafe event last week too, so the translators have been busy. And also real life. you know. And the ultimate reason is there are a lot of crying scenes for Asa this week. Since the fansubbers are from his fanclub, we get emotional you know. We usually upload it every Sunday. And now it's there. Enjoy!

Thanks!! I truly appreciate all of the dedication from you guys for subs and everything related to Ji. Take your time as I know Asa has tirelessly fought for Junta making us cry with him.

Yay! I was just wondering of anything happened to the subbers that's why there's no subs. Haha. Thanks a million! I just had to wait one more day. Hahaha.

It seems that rating doesn’t really correlate to the number of comments here... in the past there were ones that were well discussed in the forums but the rating were so-so. Then you have this one, popular in rating, but not a lot of people care to talk about it?
I thought this is one of the rare ones that have social depth and are full in story & character building. Love it!

Finished! Oh gosh. I cried so hard these two last Eps. Maybe not as hard as 14&15 but still! Haha. Again Mai and her tears! I applaud the whole cast for being amazing in here! Everyone of them even the special guests.

I thought Mor Somdee wasn't a good shaman, but I guess he's good in that he relieved Ma of her guilt. Ma definitely feels no resent towards Reynu because all the while she was feeling tortured it was because of what she had done to her ma-in-law.

Well, it's subbed at the official YouTube site. But technically it's still a Fansub. We opted to put it there instead of some other site so that we won't get the headache of getting reported by trolls as the fake video after the said trolls reuploaded the hardsubbed video on their own Facebook page. (yes, that happened hahaha). It was sad that the video was brought down as a copyright infringer by a troll and not by Ch3 itself. So might as well help ch3 with the YouTube hits/views by posting it with their official videos. After all, all we wanted was to have the videos viewed and understood by non-Thai speaking fans. So please, all we ask for is that you watch at Ch3 Thailand's official YouTube page to let them see the page views and the viewership from abroad. That way they get to know what does get watched and give us quality lakorns like this one.

Might not be a clear answer but what I got from seeing all the flashbacks was because she's a Thai women. Since Tia's family is Chinese mom wanted a Chinese wife not a Thai wife.
Or perhaps she was senile. She seemed to be spewing out nonsense about how Yoi broke the Bae family up and what not.

There's also a hint of how she ended up bedridden shown in the MV. Not sure if they will show that still or if they already showed it and I missed it *sweatdrop*.

Atong better have his happy ending starting from this Episode. More than Asa, he deserves it the most. But i guess Atong's only flaw is that he stays still and takes everything in as it is, instead of actively moving around to "create" good Karma as Asa does. So instead of grabbing that happiness like what Asa did with Chanta, Atong would kind of have to wait for that happiness to come to him.

On that note, overall, the theme of the story, which I think is the interplay between Love and Karma is well played. Both Karma and Love are immutable things that can transcend race, status, time or even fate. The people in the lakorn, at one point or another are motivated to act from love, and their actions, may it be good or bad, are tempered by Karma. The real cage therefore isn't really Karma, but love, which made the characters act the way the did, but in the same way, it's also the same thing that can make them break free of this so-called "Cage" - like how Yoi's love for Renu now makes her break the bad chain from her "karma".

Mae Yoi mother in law is totally on different plane altogether her hatred was just too much.

But the killing a person is a sin and Mae Yoi is seeing her karma
I'm glad she finally understands that she is the cause of her own misfortune. Aka husband and son passing, son leaving, son being tortured, son staying away. Actually I'm glad that everyone understands they are the cause of their own downfall. I love that Reynu is away and just letting Karma do its thing. She is definitely one of my favorite nang'eks ever! Now I'm debating on whether or not I should watch the finale RAW or with subs. Grrr.

Very well said.

I was reading the English translation of Mai's song and that's exactly what the song says. Love makes one do things that may be bad or may form bad karma, but what can one do when it's out of love.

I want Tong to have his happiness too. He's been in hell for far too long. Not fair!

I think this one is not popular among the slap kiss, romance, comedy, bodice ripper type of lakorn fan here.

Because there is none of that, I’m enjoying it because of the acting and the script.

There is no I’m bored out of my mind acting in here. ( I see this so much in lakorn that sometimes I wonder how did that pass just because praek is famous?)The editing is quite good, music score can be improve much better than some.

No cliche funny scene or annoying sidekick to make jokes.

It was a tad boring in the beginning and the Kammang people but now all that cleared, the train is moving fast. Glad for the rating.

People said Asa had less love from Mae Yoi compared to the rest of Ban Bae boys but no it’s actually Atong.

He is so quite being the good son, always following what his mother says, taking care of her, he is so quite that everyone just take him for granted because he is just there.

Actually, i don't think it is her killing the grandma that messed up her karma, but actually keeping it all in and then putting up a tough act after she becomes the Bae Family matriarch and acts like a total bitch to everyone like her predecessor. It's like she didn't break the chain at all. Then when she was messing up with her sons lives, so paranoid that the karma will come biting back at her for being the worst daughter in law ever, then the karma got even worse. She should have just owned up to her mistake from the get go and repented. I mean, i think she just basically went nuts at her mom in law when she did it, like a temporary state of insanity since she was pure and loving before that point and she had to be exposed to that level of verbal abuse. Other characters who experienced that are Renu and Chanta. Chanta basically closed up and wilted (Until Asa came along) while Renu tried to struggle to go back up to the top.

The producer, P'Dang said something about this, with the symbolism of the Lotus in the Krong Karm Photobook. (Wanda translated it in her Instagram ) Yoi's character is kind of like the lotus that remained submerged underwater and was unable to come out while Renu worked her way to grow out into the sun. Asa is the lucky one who stayed afloat all along but i feel that Asa wouldn't have been as lucky if he had not been protected somewhat by Yoi's love. So in a way, despite being at rock-bottom, Yoi tried hard to push her sons into the light. That was why Tia was thanking her for raising 4 sons, all of them good boys. (Well.... Chai still has to prove himself so....)

I agree. I like the realness of the script and obviously because I like nang'ek. Haha.
