Nina!! So you've seen this movie?? Is it nice to the end? Because I'm just starting & it looks quite romantic. What's the synopsis of Fah Pin Dieng? I can't get it off by Search. At least these from youtube has subs so it's not painful to watch or wait.

I have not seen any other Aom Phiyada lakorns without Captain in it. Lol my original ship was Captain and Phiyada from then on I shipped Ateam (Aff & Aum), NY and now PopeBella. Lol CapAom remain my favorite koojin, they have the relationship Pope and Bella has offscreen. Lol they been in six lakorns together. I loved all of them. Fah Pieng Din was broadcast in 2001 with 16 episodes. It was about a girl, Salica, who’s father was a general I believe, when she was young her dad and her tried escaping an assassination resulting in her father’s death while out in the country. A farmer promised to take care of her and to have her one day return home to take back her home as the rightful owner from her uncle who is Tawada’s father the one who killed her father.

Tawada and Salica meet after many years in the country side where Salica now lives. Turns out Tawada is a huge brat and bully, he couldn stand Salica since she was against him and even shot her cow in front of her. Lol She goes to school and starts living in the house that is hers and starts her revenge on her father’s death while Tawada falls in love with her.

Usually the greats don't, even when they win. They'll say a thank you via live satellite from somewhere. Hindi movies I only follow one actor - and he's wonderful in all his choices. Neena you would know of him ; it's Aamir Khan. He doesn't go to awards & never explained why either; he just don't go. In Hollywood the notorious one who never went to any at all is the late Katherine Hepburn, she said it very nicely the awards doesn't mean anything to her but just happy to be able to work.

Ahh..... hahahha please don't do that! They stopped at 1500 that's their time - and their glory. This is ours! And we're different we do it for love. We went on long after BPS stopped, after the credits ceased running & stayed in the aisles to have cigarettes like Por Date would the morning after - and many, many, many morning afters. From the last I read of JLR the cinema doors closed once the movie's over.

Well, I can't find a clearer version so if you could that'll be nice. I'm watching on DramaCool Nice but it's on youtubes too. I'm on episode 6 now. The music is heart ripping when they're in the office scene together. The guy may not be Por Date handsome but he's craggy around the edges & I don't mind those types they're usually strong because got to bank on talent alone. This is my second movie watching him, he's from NGAO ASOKE the first production.

So sorry for Pope he took this role, it didn't stop traffic like BPS but more likely everyone starting going out to the shops for dinner to escape evening TV!

You asked before if I like the Humphrey Bogart version of Sabrina? It's a little less romantic I think when he deals with rubber and made a fibreglass table that people can jump on & not get broken. And Audrey Hepburn went to a cordon bleu cooking school a skill which she never need to use. I look at those things and the elegant classiness of the Harrison Ford version, there's little dialogue yet it's so spot on for everyone - the servants from the kitchens, even the one-liners of Sabrina's superiors at Vogue. And she transitioned from a clumsy girl to a sophisticated woman mostly because of heartbreak but a huge part too from the fashion house she works for.

Since we want a modern take, I still think Pope would be great in a Sabrina with Bella. In LRT when he's the tortured, matured gentleman he portrayed it well like the Linus character - a loner & self-absorbed. They shouldn't act with each other too much but if you get a Sabrina one worthy, memorable thing is better than acting in several together like some screen couples.

This is the closest to chemistry they've got in the entirety of the lakorn. Hahhha.

The premise of this scene: Tieng is drunk by the sea, tells Deun he loves her alot. Deun replies that she loves him back .

He breaks down, embraces her, and goes for her neck first!

Wth Pope?? No fin scenes like BPS huh? This is worst. You are sexually harassing her. Yeah, I don't trust you anymore.

Sobbing like a baby he asks her if she loves him why is she doing this to him.

Considering I have not watched anything since Ep8, I'm assuming she loves him, but chooses not to be with him. . . at this moment.

His drunk embrace causes them to sit down on the cement wall or bench.

It was sort of awkward. Ok very awkward.

He proceeds to "sniff" her, one cheek at a time.
Ok it would've been less awkward had Chip been more responsive. She makes Pope look so. . . pervy and desparate. Which Tieng actually is. Haha.

He moves down her body now "kissing" her limb.

Really? Someone fix her hair please. Please.

Moving on down to her forearm he continues to kiss her.

I actually like this shot.

Deun watches in distraught as Tieng continues kissing her and she asks him if he really wants her to remember him in this state.
