This is older but its fun seeing james act kinda like a jerk lol something new from him! I still cant believe yeena is a year younger than me. She looks so mature!
She has her moments. One moment she looks older another she looks really young. She looks a lot younger at ch3 than her first failed lakorn. How old is she anyways?

Oh wow that young? I thought she was like 20, 21. I forgot the name of her first lakorn but it was made by a dutchess. It was horrible because the book (which was good) was about a princess who went to school in Switzerland and decided to hire the praek (who happened to be a prince and bethroth) to go to all the places that our belated king travelled to. Well most of those places either doed not exist or does not look the same anymore so like 75% of the scene were horrible CGIs.

I don't blame Yeena for leaving, I mean she would not grow nor be known at all if she stayed on with that dutchess. However she should had a heart to heart talk with her prior vs just getting up and left. After all, she did took her out of nothingness, brought her to Thailand, gave her a place to live and work.

This is the sypnosis i found on mydramalist:
The story of a young millionaire and a talented financier, who was nicknamed the 'God of Economics'. Yiamyuth - a proud and charming guy who believes that in life there is nothing more important than money. Outside, he seems cunning and irritable, but it's all just a mask that he wears because of his lack of love. At heart he is understanding and sensitive. Abandoned as a child by his parents, Yiamyuthdoes not believe in love and uses women only as a mechanism to achieve his goals. When he learns who his father is, he decides to take revenge by taking over his father's company. There he meets Dao Nuer - a carefree and cheerful, but poor girl. At first, they don't get along well and bicker all the time, but they gradually start to develop feelings for each other. Dao Nuer will help Yiamyuth realize the value of love and will do everything for him to abandon his revenge.

The first half was lakorn, the second half real life.
My god?? Woah! What? A dutchess?? Where??? Goodness sounds just like a lakorn??? Now you’re making me curious. Where are Yeena’s parents? Where is this dutchess??? Can you go in details? Haha any article anywhere that talks about this? Or any talkshow?? I’m intrigued and is always fascinated by people’s biography.

Well if the expectations are high especially if you love the original then more then likely the remake will not compare. Well unless you're totally biase to the pranang then it might be a different story lol. Like Dang Duang Haruthai, the story is actually pretty boring if you think about it but because I really love the pranangs of both versions, I was biased enough to enjoyed it lol. Thankfully I like the pranang of the 3rd version too so I'm already telling myself I'm going to enjoy it no matter what lol. So with KC, I don't remember seeing the original version and had zero expectations for Yaya and Mark's. It turned out to work in my favor because I enjoyed it. Their acting weren't bad, not award winning but not bad. Saw a lot of improvements from both since their first one together.

So I'm going to have zero expectations for this lakorn too and hopefully it'll work in my favor again. I just hope Yogurt won't annoy me too much like Plerng Naree.
For KC remake, I was expecting too much and I was disappointed. I was quite excited when they announced the casts, but didn’t like some of The changes, you know ch3 always be water down remakes. Haha... idk, maybe I’ll pick it up again when I have nothing to watch. I didn’t finish anything versions of Dang Duang Haruthai, not going to even watch this version either. The story is just boring to me.

Me too lol she was really raised by a dutchess? A
No no she wasn't raises by the dutchess (her title is m'om, equivalent to a dutchess per se). From what I heard, the dutchess saw her somewhere a few years ago and wanted to make her a nangek. The lady took her to Thailand and gave her a place to live as well as made her a nangek in her lakorn. I'm not sure about her parents, no mention but I'm sure they are there too if she all of a sudden was able to leave the lady and go to ch3. There were news about it because the lady cried to the media, said she was very hurt and angry that Yeena did that to her. People were saying she "leum boon koon". I think the story was post here somewhere last summer.

You know I have no idea if she's full Thai or mixed, I just heard about the drama on different media outlet when it happened. It was big news because the lady has status. As for her reputations now, that I don't know either. She hasn't had any work since but if this lakorn takes off, I'm sure her scandals would resurface. Boon koon is like when someone does something good for you, you remember it and never forget it and if there's ever a chance to pay them back, you do it. Like you owe them for being where you are, because of them you are where you are. Thai people are so big on that, sometime too big that sometime it feels like a weighted chain. Leum is forget.

Oh okay that makes sense. Yeah its kind of like a debt thing. My culture has that as well and its very important too. I guess it must have been a big reason for her to leave like that

Right now I think Yeena is safe but if she is popular then stuff will come up for sure. There was already drama not long ago too about her. It is just that she's not famous enough for people to pay attention to. I think it's good that way, get all her craziness out of the way before she makes it big...that way she can always blame it for being young and stupid...and now she can say she is older and learned her lesson.

Yes age will be a big excuse for her considering she was probably only like 16 years old then. I wonder if these p'eks get uncomfortable acting in romance dramas with minors. Like that lakorn with Poh N. And preem ranida. She was like 17 or 18 years old and he was 40

Shoo this “บุญคุณ” thing is so heavy-weighted tbh it feels suffocating, almost suicidal if they come back avenging for it :drooling::drooling::drooling::rolleyes:

Dictionary says
Boon koon =บุญคุณ =obligation lol

I also feel like as I get older I tend to question the respect I should automatically give to an elder? Do they deserve it right off the back?? Or should they prove they deserve it?! Shouldn’t they earn it just like any child, cuz not all adults are respectable or mature.

Whew!! Going off a little tangent there but eh— “บุญคุณ” got me into somewhat deep thinking lol :p I think “boon koon” is an Asian thing though lol it’s a backward thinking if you ask me.

I soo get what youre saying. I also have the same thoughts but i would never act on them. Reputation is big in my culture so i wouldnt want to "dirty" my parents reputation. And yes sometimes it becomes extremely suffocating ans i feel like exploding sometimes. I cant do anything i want or have any type of fun cause then "people will start talking"

555 you’re more patient than I am. I have met too many immature adults, I could care less lol :p but def, you should respect your parents no matter what, but once in a while, don’t be afraid to give them a taste of their own medicine!! Lol :p

55 I hope I’m not encouraging any disrespects here :D but I honestly think that if someone (adults or not) is wrong, they should be corrected otherwise they’ll live with this super ego like a nuttcase. I know it’s harder done than said (cuz some people just can’t accept the truth) but sometimes the ugly truth is better than a fat lie! Haha :p

Okies..back to this lakorn 55555
