I rember during SB airing some lady came out bashing the lakorn , unacceptable rscene blah blah but viewer didn't care lollll it went on & break record of the highest TV rating since Oum Rak ! It just to show no matter how much ppl complain about rscene in lakorn , they just can't deny the fact that these type of plot bring rating . Funny how it only work with Thai lakorn but not in other countries , I would love to see k-drama have this kind of plot --- not in a million years how ever because their fan base will have a field day !

Actually they do have rscene in Kdrama but never with the leads. And it is never shown. In Hotel King, the parents of the leads, the father raped lead's guy mom and he was produced. Also in May Queen, the lead mother was raped from her father and she was produced.

 it took me about a year and a half to complete watching it, man, it was just too extreme and back them i  was still new to lakorns lol 
if it weren't for me stumbling upon a video of Kawee kneeling down to Narin, I would have never finished it. That scene was pretty damn touching.

Glad that you gave it a chance. Not the best lakorn but definitely a great performance from the entire cast.

Okay, this is over two years onwards from the last post, so I'm not sure if anyone will be looking on this forum haha, but I just want to put out a question. Do you girls think that there will be a remake of SB anytime soon? And if you do... who do you think should/would star in it?

Personally, I'd love to have a remake, but I know it probably wouldn't be as good as the original...

True, but if they do remake it, I hope it's one of those remakes that they DO NOT CHANGE that much. I liked the original just the way it was. And I'm not sure about everyone else's opinion, but I'm a big fan of Mark and think he'd be great in it. His acting isn't as good as Ken's, and I doubt it would be were he to star in SB, but I sure he'd still go a really good job - especially with his handsomeness.

I know it's been a year since the last post on this thread but let me just post about who will be the best pair to be on Sawan Bieng. My personal choice would be Mark and Yaya Urassaya, thier intesity in Kluen Cheewit makes me wanna see them again in another dark themed lakorn such as SB and I'm not the only one who thinks like that because I've read somewhere that Thai netizens would love to see their take on SB remake as well.

It’s true if people go watch the rerun of SB on YouTube, literally 80% of comments want Mark and Yaya! While I think they can pull it, If Anne does plan to remake this, she can send them to additional acting to improve emotions and acting. Otherwise pDa from Lakorn thai can always remake with Mark and Yaya, too! Out of everyone I’ve seen, I’m convinced Mark is the next Kawee lol but he needs that BITCHY ASSERTIVE ATTITUDE and that’s one thing Mark cannot pull off! He’s too freaking soft! He needs to be tough, a BITCH with strongness and at the same type hardcore IDGAF in this role! This role n’ek is dull and not so fancy so if they cast Yaya, just don’t make her look to plain or boring cuz she can easily get in that route without much glam.

That’s all. I don’t want to see anyone else remaking this if it’s not Mark and Ya. Lol

Lol agree! I was watching clips on YouTube of the one with Taew and as much as I adore him, there were exaggerated expressions and some few other lakorns too, especially when he’s trying to convey anger. There’s current reruns of SB, Kawee in the first few episodes have so much anger and craziness that I think Nadech will overdo it trying to show these emotions.

Oh don't get me wrong- lol, I want to see Nadech in this but just want him to tone it down on the anger emotions ( keep the nose flaring down a bit).

As a remake, I don’t want them to change the story too much but somehow change the 4 R scenes to willing-in-a-way like KC.
